About the role
Technology as a Business unit at Bajaj Finance builds large‑scale digital platforms serving millions of users across Android, iOS and Web. The Unit Manager drives end‑to‑end delivery coordination, overseeing requirement clarity, sprint planning, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, QA and support teams. Pune Corporate Office, on‑site work model, with hybrid flexibility for occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle from requirement inception to production rollout
- Drive project planning, execution tracking and milestone governance
- Maintain sprint progress, risk logs and dependency trackers
- Facilitate daily/weekly governance reviews and transparent reporting
- Act as central communication bridge between business, engineering, QA and DevOps teams
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices, delivery timelines and defined scope
What you’ll bring
- 3-6 years Business Analysis/Product/Digital experience
- 1-5 years mobile/digital domain experience
- Strong knowledge of digital products (mobile/web)
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
