What you’ll do

• Process loan applications including KYC, bank statements, and bureau checks
• Own operational metrics such as TAT and customer satisfaction scores
• Identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency
• Handle escalations and implement corrective measures
• Manage risk and policy compliance for daily processes
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to enhance customer experience
• Conduct competitor and market studies to adopt best practices
• Drive process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 1-3 years experience in secured or unsecured lending
• Proven ability in process ownership and metric accountability
• Experience with automation and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
