About the role

KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP’s Central Finance team drives enterprise‑wide SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementations, harmonizing financial data across global systems. The Assistant Manager leads end‑to‑end CFIN projects, designing data replication, configuring FI/CO scenarios, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Based in Bangalore, the role is on‑site with a full‑time schedule, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end‑to‑end SAP Central Finance implementations
  • Design and configure CFIN scenarios (FI/CO document replication, cost object mapping)
  • Configure SLT replication and collaborate with Basis and technical teams
  • Support period‑end closing activities in Central Finance
  • Drive master data harmonization and resolve data consistency issues
  • Prepare and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cycles
  • Support cutover planning, production go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization
  • Analyze and resolve replication failures and AIF errors
  • Act as functional lead, guiding junior consultants
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions

What you’ll bring

6–8 years of SAP experience

Nice to have

  • 2–3 years on SAP Central Finance
  • Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA Central Finance architecture
  • SLT replication & real‑time data integration
  • AIF error handling
  • Deep knowledge of SAP FI and CO
  • Experience with CVIs, Business Partner, and Financial Master Data
  • Experience with SAP MDG and data governance
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or Central Finance
