- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple engineering teams
- Define engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver projects
- Identify technical risks and remove delivery bottlenecks
- Drive Agile development and improve engineering workflows
