About the role

Advanced Analytics team within IMU - HLS and SGU – Domain Platforms builds AI-driven solutions for healthcare payers, providers and life sciences. The Lead Assistant Manager designs and deploys LLM-based applications, builds scalable generative AI on Databricks, and handles data engineering, RAG architecture, cloud integration and API development while leading project delivery. India, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy AI solutions using LLMs
• Build scalable generative AI applications on Databricks
• Implement data engineering and RAG architecture
• Integrate cloud services and develop APIs
• Optimize model inference latency and compute costs
• Lead project delivery and stakeholder management
• Translate analytics outputs into business-ready solutions
• Communicate quantitative analytics to customers

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3-6 years application development experience

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and R for data science
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs and LangChain
• Data engineering skills including ETL pipelines and Delta Lake
• API development using REST and FastAPI
