About the role
Lead R&D projects in organic chemistry for agrochemicals. Manage a team of scientists while actively participating in lab work. Focus on process innovation, optimization, and scale-up from lab to pilot plant. Develop cost-effective, safe, and commercially viable technologies for key molecules. Ensure lab safety and effective cross-functional coordination to meet project goals.

- Relevant industry experience in Indian agrochemical R&D or process development
