About the role

Asset and Wealth Management team at JPMorgan Chase builds secure, scalable technology products for financial services. The Applied AI/ML Lead designs, deploys and manages prompt‑based LLM models for NLP tasks, researches prompt engineering, and creates data pipelines and MLOps frameworks on cloud platforms. Works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions, communicates results, and ensures production readiness. Bengaluru office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy prompt‑based LLM models for financial NLP tasks
• Research and improve prompt engineering techniques
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Develop tools for model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Analyze model performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain production MLOps workflows

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years applied AI/ML experience
• Prompt design and chatbot implementation
• Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Data pipeline development for structured and unstructured data
• API development and LLM integration
• AWS or Azure cloud deployment
