About the role

Applied AI/ML Lead on the Asset & Wealth Management AI/ML team at J.P. Morgan. The team builds end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions to solve high‑impact business problems, from data wrangling to model production. The role designs, develops, and productionizes models, collaborates with stakeholders, and mentors junior AI/ML engineers. Bengaluru, India, on‑site, hybrid schedule as defined by the team.

What you’ll do

• Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Develop AI/ML solutions for impactful business needs
• Productionize end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines
• Conduct R&D on innovative AI/ML approaches
• Coach and mentor AI/ML team members

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years applied AI/ML experience
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Strong Python coding with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn
• Experience with NLP techniques and libraries
• Experience with Spark, Hive, or SQL

Nice to have

• PhD preferred
