What you’ll do

• Research, develop, and implement ML algorithms for personalized financial services
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead ML‑driven digital projects
• Design experiments, validate results, and productionize scalable, trustworthy models
• Collaborate with data engineers to build large‑scale data processing pipelines
• Stay current with ML research and apply advancements to improve outcomes
• Mentor junior ML associates and contribute to firm‑wide ML community

What you’ll bring

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• Expertise in NLP, Knowledge Graph, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, Reinforcement Learning, Ranking, Recommendation or Time Series
• Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, ML, data mining, information retrieval, statistics
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, pyG, Keras, MXNet, Scikit‑Learn
• Strong Python and Spark programming, vector operations with NumPy/SciPy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
