About the role

HR Operations team at Bunge Mohali Shared Service Center drives regional HR and payroll service delivery. Leads a team to implement global payroll integration, enhance data governance, and automate repetitive tasks using RPA and AI tools. Works closely with Global Payroll CoE and business unit HR leads to ensure seamless service transformation. Mohali, Punjab, India, on-site, 12-15 years of experience required.

What you’ll do

• Lead HR Services team delivering local HR ops and payroll services
• Partner with Global Payroll CoE to implement payroll integration projects
• Design and enforce HR data governance framework and audit processes
• Identify automation opportunities and oversee RPA/AI solution deployment
• Manage stakeholder relationships and handle escalations
• Support transition activities including hiring, knowledge transfer, and go‑live readiness
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Participate in cross‑functional projects as needed

Nice to have

• 12-15 years managing global HR services in a shared service model
• Experience with payroll system implementation and integration
