What you’ll do
- Set AI‑enabled engineering direction across platform and product teams
- Build reusable AI components, templates, and golden‑path examples
- Integrate AI into production with explainability and operational readiness
- Improve developer experience via tooling, CI/CD, and test automation
- Standardise AI PoC evaluation, pilot, and production rollout
- Lead architecture reviews and guide trade‑offs for performance and security
- Embed secure‑by‑design controls and audit readiness into pipelines
- Drive AI‑powered improvements in valuation control workflows
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years software engineering leadership
- Proven AI-enabled software delivery at scale
- Experience with cloud platforms GCP or AWS
- Strong software design, data structures, algorithms
- Hands‑on AI tooling and agent‑based solutions
- Track record of audit‑ready controls and governance
- Excellent cross‑functional communication
- Domain knowledge in valuation control preferred
