Senior Manager, MEP Testing and Commissioning

About the role
MEP Testing and Commissioning team ensures all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems perform to design at project sites. The Senior Manager leads planning, execution and documentation of testing and commissioning, coordinates with execution teams, OEMs and consultants, and provides training and handover documentation. Chennai, on-site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and ELV systems
- Review design drawings, submittals and equipment manuals for commissioning scope
- Coordinate with MEP execution teams, OEMs, subcontractors and consultants for progressive testing
- Ensure systems meet performance standards, safety regulations and client specifications
- Provide training and O&M documentation to facility management during handover
- Assist in client inspections, approvals and preparation of handover documentation
What you’ll bring
- 15-25 years experience in MEP testing and commissioning
- ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
