The Finance Business Partner translates complex financial data into actionable insights, oversees pre‑close financials, prepares forecasts, budgets and variance analyses, and partners with business leaders to mitigate risks and improve processes. Bangalore, India, on-site role supporting NE operations, with collaboration across multinational teams.

What you’ll do

• Oversee pre‑close financials and ensure accuracy
• Analyze monthly results and prepare performance reports against budget
• Consolidate NE results and conduct variance analysis
• Lead preparation of forecasts and budgets for Poland templates
• Deliver data‑driven reporting for decision support, including project outlook and margin analysis
• Identify financial and operational risks and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement agreed changes

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years financial planning and analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency with financial reporting tools such as ROI, Cube analytics, RTR/CTR
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
