About the role

Technology Strategy and Operations Office at Chubb India drives enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation across cloud, AI, automation and emerging platforms. The Strategy & Transformation Lead defines roadmaps, conducts portfolio assessments, and manages large-scale programs with senior leadership visibility to deliver cost optimization and business impact. Based in Telangana, India, on-site role with occasional travel as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and articulate enterprise technology strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage comprehensive transformation programs across infrastructure, applications, data and digital capabilities
  • Partner with C‑suite to identify technology‑enabled business opportunities and create roadmaps
  • Conduct portfolio assessments, gap analyses and total cost of ownership evaluations
  • Drive digital initiatives including cloud migration, AI adoption and automation
  • Establish governance, KPIs and executive reporting frameworks
  • Create executive presentations and business cases to secure funding
  • Oversee vendor relationships and technology partnership strategies

What you’ll bring

  • 15-20 years technology strategy and digital transformation experience
  • Proven track record developing enterprise technology strategies
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, modern architectures, data and analytics
  • Experience with AI/ML adoption and automation initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
  • Program and change management of multi-year transformation programs
  • Experience with top-tier strategy consulting or Fortune 500 tech offices
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
