Specialist, Digital Transformation Strategy

About the role

Digital team at Marsh Risk focuses on driving digital change across insurance services. The Specialist supports digital transformation by preparing client demos, gathering feedback, translating needs into business requirements, and bridging local and global strategy through market analysis. Role is based in Mumbai, hybrid with at least three days onsite per week, and involves stakeholder communication and troubleshooting system access issues.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and run client demos to gather feedback
• Support stakeholder communication and ensure buy‑in for change processes
• Analyze market, competition and client requirements to align local and global strategy
• Promote digital technology adoption and a digital‑first mindset
• Translate customer needs into business requirements, system dependencies and data flows
• Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications
• Troubleshoot user system access issues
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate feedback

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science or related field
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and business applications
• Familiar with Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel
• Proficiency in Digital Solution product management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Comfortable with shift timings 12pm–9pm & 1pm–10pm
