Specialist, Digital Transformation Strategy

About the role

Digital team at Marsh Risk drives digital change across insurance services. The Specialist bridges client needs, business requirements, and technology by preparing demos, gathering feedback, and supporting product integration. Works on market and competitive analysis, translates client needs into business requirements, and promotes a digital‑first culture while troubleshooting system access. Based in Mumbai with a hybrid model requiring three days onsite per week.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and run client demos to collect feedback
• Support stakeholder communication and buy‑in for change initiatives
• Analyze market, competition and client requirements to align local and global strategy
• Promote digital technology adoption and a digital‑first mindset
• Translate customer needs into business requirements, system dependencies and data flows
• Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing processes and applications
• Troubleshoot user system access issues

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science or related field
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and business applications
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel
• Experience in digital solution product management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Comfortable with shift hours 12pm‑9pm & 1pm‑10pm
