Alcon's Sales & Sales Support team seeks a Sr. Associate I in Chennai, India, to promote ocular health pharmaceutical products and drive market share. The role involves field sales, account management, and building relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance profitability. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on executing marketing strategies within a specific territory.

What you’ll do

• Promote key pharmaceutical products and achieve sales targets
• Visit healthcare facilities and distributors within a specific territory
• Educate customers to prescribe products using company sales techniques
• Conduct call planning based on territory alignment and market analysis
• Build and maintain beneficial relationships with accounts to generate sales
• Train other Medical Sales Representatives and ensure product quality
• Prepare detailed reports on calls, business opportunities, and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring

• Appropriate education and experience to perform role responsibilities
• Ability to visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
