Senior Manager, Fintech EPM Oracle

About the role

Fintech Consulting Team at EY drives innovative EPM solutions for financial planning and consolidation. The Senior Manager leads a new techno‑functional team, delivering Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle, Anaplan and other EPM tools, integrating them with client systems, and customizing deployments. Based in Bengaluru, the role is onsite and involves presales, practice development, and end‑to‑end project delivery across the implementation lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Lead and build a techno‑functional EPM consulting team from scratch
• Deliver and customize EPM tools for consolidation, planning and BEPS modules
• Integrate EPM solutions with multiple source systems and manage deployments
• Oversee full implementation lifecycle, including functional and technical testing
• Drive presales activities, internal engagement and knowledge management
• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery excellence
• Prioritize system issues, coordinate with development teams and recommend improvements
• Lead month‑end close processes and act as escalation point for complex issues

What you’ll bring

• 14-18 years EPM implementation and consolidation experience
• 8-10 years expertise in at least one EPM product (Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle, Anaplan, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with on‑premise and cloud‑based EPM systems
• Strong knowledge of predictive analytics, FST definition and MDM calculations
• Proficiency in ETL mapping and metadata design
• Experience leading AIH or analytical workspaces
• Demonstrated client and team management skills
• Ability to drive presales and practice development
