About the role

Recruiting team at Rippling builds and scales the Employer Brand function to attract top talent. The role defines the Employee Value Proposition, creates coordinated content and storytelling across candidate touch points, and partners with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications to manage brand reputation and events. Bangalore, on-site, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve Rippling’s EVP across R&D and GTM talent pools
• Lead creation of recruitment collateral, playbooks, and event programs
• Produce and manage a library of videos, blogs, podcasts, and social media assets
• Drive brand reputation on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Blind
• Collaborate with leaders to uncover and share compelling employee stories
