The Channel Team Lead - AMZL role supports Amazon's logistics network in Patna, India. The position involves managing channel partners, driving store growth, and leading a team to meet operational targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna.

What you’ll do

• Identify and acquire new retail stores for Amazon channels
• Manage channel partner relationships and drive business growth
• Conduct field visits to targeted stores regularly
• Train partners on Amazon processes and operating models
• Maintain routine reporting on store performance and network health
• Build and manage a multi-layer team through coaching and mentoring
• Handle day-to-day operational escalations and issues
• Drive stores against volume and key performance metrics
