About the role

Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) Business Unit at Philips drives innovative imaging solutions. The Head of Strategy and Business Excellence leads strategic planning, defines short‑ and long‑term business strategies, manages KPIs and daily management frameworks, and drives lean transformation across the DXR portfolio. Based in Pune, India, this on‑site role requires at least three days per week in the office and includes up to 30% travel.

What you’ll do

• Develop and oversee short‑ and long‑term DXR business strategies
• Lead the strategic planning process and align resources and technology adoption
• Define, track, and report key performance indicators to senior leadership
• Drive lean transformation initiatives and daily management excellence
• Coach leaders on performance dialogues, accountability, and visual management
• Facilitate problem‑solving methodologies and mentor coaches across the business
• Manage DXR daily management framework, including KPI setting and countermeasure execution
• Collaborate with senior leadership on market forecasting and alliance strategies

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
