About the role

Copper Business Strategy team at Adani Group drives transformational initiatives to boost growth, profitability, and sustainability. The Head defines long‑term strategy, leads high‑impact projects, and governs execution across operations, finance, and technology. Based in Mundra, Gujarat, India, on‑site role with relocation support available.

What you’ll do

• Develop long‑term business strategy and growth roadmap for the Copper Business
• Lead strategic projects from opportunity identification through execution and site implementation
• Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements across core processes
• Govern program execution, monitor milestones, manage risks and ensure benefit realization
• Integrate safety, health, environment and sustainability priorities into initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• MBA or equivalent business qualification

Nice to have

• 15–20 years experience in copper, metals, mining or capital‑intensive manufacturing
• Proven ability to work with CXO‑level stakeholders
• Strong exposure to business strategy, transformation programs, cost optimization, digital initiatives, recycling and sustainability
