About the role

Copper Procurement team at Gravita India leads the global sourcing of copper scrap for recycling. The Manager drives strategy, negotiates contracts, ensures compliance, and builds supplier relationships to secure sustainable import supply. Based in Jaipur with flexible relocation to Mundra or Baroda, on-site work at the head office.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute global copper scrap procurement strategies focused on imports
• Lead price negotiations, contracts and supply risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, environmental and Basel Convention regulations
• Identify and build long-term relationships with international suppliers and traders
• Manage end-to-end import procurement operations including logistics coordination
• Track global copper scrap prices, freight and market trends

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or master's in chemical, metallurgical or mechanical engineering
• Preferred candidates from IITs, IIMs or other premium institutes
