Q2 Software Development Team builds innovative digital banking platforms that empower financial institutions. As an Intermediate Software Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain backend services, data pipelines, and AI‑enabled features, collaborating in an Agile environment. Bangalore, hybrid work model, with occasional on‑call support.

What you’ll do

Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions
Develop backend services and ETL data pipelines
Deliver and support solutions in live production systems
Maintain custom features with debugging and performance tuning
Ensure compliance with security and privacy policies
Contribute to data analysis and ML model integration
Collaborate on AI‑powered and agent‑based solutions
Mentor teammates through code reviews and guidance

What you’ll bring

3+ years software development experience
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Web and backend service development
