About the role

This role mentors and leads quality assurance for UPS Information Services Management, automating test scenarios, designing and conducting QA reviews, and implementing testing standards. The engineer will apply testing methodologies, Agile and SAFe practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery of key business functions.

What you’ll do

Conducts quality assessment (QA) development processes.
Develops test solutions.
Provides expertise in testing across the QA organization.
Develops and implements new practices and testing standards.
Contributes to project design.
SQE, Follows Agile and SAFe practices.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
Experience with both web and client/server based testing

Nice to have

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field - Preferred
