About the role
Pinkerton Security team safeguards client assets through enterprise risk management and real‑time incident handling. The Security Enablement Officer monitors security equipment, alarms, and intelligence, prepares incident logs, and coordinates with the Global Security Command Centre and local security partners. Gurgaon office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and report security equipment, alarms, and incidents
- Coordinate with GSCC and local security teams for threat information
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports
- Respond to serious events such as fire or violence
- Provide employee security assistance and liaison with stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Graduate degree
- 2+ years security operations centre experience
- Relevant certifications in GSOC or risk/crisis management
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Local language proficiency
