About the role
Pinkerton Security team protects clients by delivering enterprise risk management services. The Security Enablement Officer monitors and reports security equipment, alarms, incidents, and crises, coordinates with the Global Security Command Centre, maintains logs and incident reports, and supports employee security assistance. Kolkata, WB, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and report security equipment, applications, alarms, and incidents
- Coordinate with Global Security Command Centre for incident information exchange
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports
- Respond to serious events such as fire or violence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for employee support
What you’ll bring
- Graduate degree
- 2+ years experience in Security Operations Centre
Nice to have
- Certifications in GSOC/command centre/control room operations
- Risk management or crisis management certifications
- Advanced computer skills
