About the role
Pinkerton Security Enablement team safeguards client assets by monitoring security equipment, alarms, and incidents across locations. The Security Enablement Officer coordinates with the Global Security Command Centre, logs events, prepares incident reports, and supports emergency response and employee security assistance. Mumbai, India, on-site role with direct stakeholder liaison and crisis management responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and report security equipment, applications, and alarms
- Coordinate incident information with Global Security Command Centre
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports
- Respond to serious events such as fire or violence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for employee support
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years experience in a Security Operations Centre
- Graduate degree
Nice to have
- GSOC/command centre training certification
- Risk management or crisis management certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
