What you’ll do

• Supervise less experienced team members and provide guidance
• Present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
• Guide others on complex escalated issues
• Prioritize work and provide daily leadership and mentorship
• Provide training and technical guidance to staff
• Lead implementation of new or revised processes
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues
• Serve as a resource on transaction structure and company policies
