What you’ll do
- Supervise less experienced team members and provide guidance
- Resolve complex escalated inquiries and complaints
- Implement new or revised operational processes
- Provide training and technical guidance to staff
- Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals
- Serve as a resource on transaction structure and policies
- Prioritize work and lead daily team activities
- Conduct verification of cases and generate reports
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years of Operations support experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred (business course)
- Experience in banking operations (Commercial Banking or CIB)
- Knowledge of SWIFTs, FED WIRE, CHIPS, PEGA systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Investigation and problem-solving abilities
- Sound risk management mindset
- Understanding of AML/OFAC compliance
