About the role

What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations
- At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong background in ITSM and ITIL frameworks
Nice to have
