What you’ll do
- Accountable for daily management of utilization management processes and performance metrics
- Develop performance goals and coach direct reports
- Coordinate with client contacts and internal EXL teams to ensure service delivery
- Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Monitor SLA compliance including first call resolution and quality metrics
- Manage attrition, employee engagement and morale
- Ensure audit and compliance requirements are met
- Lead project initiatives and drive digital and analytics interventions
