About the role
Senior Manager – Network Solutioning leads the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable logistics solutions for strategic accounts. The role focuses on vendor mapping, commercial negotiations, and operational excellence to drive profitability and client satisfaction. It requires strong financial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions while ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous improvement of the logistics network.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement scalable logistics solutions for strategic accounts
- Map and manage vendor network for optimal coverage and resource utilization
- Create and negotiate customized commercial proposals aligned with revenue targets
- Conduct on‑ground due diligence to assess vendor readiness and compliance
- Lead hypercare phase during client onboarding, ensuring seamless transition
- Maintain continuous optimization using data analytics and stakeholder feedback
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- MBA preferred
- 8–10 years of logistics experience, 3+ years managerial
- Expertise in vendor mapping and logistics solution design
- Strong financial acumen with P&L and cost modeling
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience in hyperlocal or last‑mile delivery environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder influence skills
