DTAG Procurement IT Organization drives digital procurement transformation. The Senior Program Manager leads high‑performing SAP Procurement engineering teams delivering S/4HANA MM solutions, integrations, automation and AI‑driven innovations across the P2P landscape. Works with global stakeholders to define strategy, manage program delivery and ensure operational excellence. Bengaluru, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Lead SAP Procurement engineering teams across development and operations
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of SAP Procurement programs and rollouts
• Manage stakeholder relationships across global procurement and finance
• Own release management, transport governance and deployment cycles
• Define and execute automation and AI initiatives within procurement

What you’ll bring

• 12-17 years SAP experience
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Invoicing)
• Proven experience managing large global SAP programs
• Deep understanding of procurement processes
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP BTP, APIs, RPA and analytics
