About the role
Data Management team at GSK drives end-to-end clinical data delivery for studies, ensuring high‑quality data and on‑time execution. The Data Lead oversees electronic case report forms, data cleaning, reconciliation, database locks, and vendor coordination while acting as the single point of contact for in‑house studies. Bengaluru, hybrid (onsite days agreed with manager).
What you’ll do
- Manage study execution from start‑up through close‑out within budget and timelines
- Lead study team communications, track progress, and assess risks
- Ensure data quality, audit readiness, and eTMF completeness
- Set up and maintain clinical trial management systems and tracking tools
- Prepare and update study documents and plans
- Oversee vendor and country coordination
- Manage risk and clinical supplies/recruitment materials
- Coordinate study budget
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, statistics, or related field
- 6-9 years hands‑on clinical data management experience
- Experience building and validating electronic data capture systems
- Strong written and verbal English communication
