About the role
Customer Success team at Docyt, a FinTech super app that applies AI across the accounting tech stack, helps US-based clients gain real-time financial insight. The role manages account bookkeeping, prepares balance sheets, P&L statements, reconciles charts of accounts, posts month‑end entries and processes payroll. Based in Noida, India, on-site work required with some overlap of US time zones.
What you’ll do
- Manage bookkeeping for US clients using Docyt software
- Prepare and verify financial statements and reports
- Reconcile accounts and post month‑end entries
- Process payroll and ensure compliance
- Communicate with clients to address accounting queries
What you’ll bring
Graduate degree in finance or commerce with accounting concentration
Nice to have
- 3-8 years account management experience
- Knowledge of balance sheets, P&L, income statements
- Experience reconciling chart of accounts and bank accounts
- Posting month‑end journal entries
- Preparing financial reports and payroll processing
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Flexibility to work US time zones
