About the role

Vendor Relationship Management, Manager on Astreya's Procurement Services team. Leads a distributed team across India and Brazil to manage supplier relationships, vendor management office support, and global product catalogue, ensuring high accuracy, timeliness, and commercial quality. Oversees service level agreements, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while handling contract administration and catalogue lifecycle. Hyderabad office, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supplier, vendor, and catalogue analysts across multiple locations
• Own workload allocation, capacity planning, hiring, and onboarding to ensure 14x5 coverage
• Manage supplier‑information repository, contract administration, and renewal processes
• Govern supplier performance through scorecards, issue escalation, and semi‑annual business reviews
• Oversee catalogue accuracy, lifecycle management, pricing validation, and NPI setup
• Own end‑to‑end SLAs, KPIs, and performance reporting to client and leadership
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost‑avoidance initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 8-12+ years in supplier/vendor management, category management, or contract administration
• 3+ years people management experience
• Proven ownership of service levels and KPIs in shared‑services environment
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen, including supplier governance and renewals
• Hands‑on experience with catalogue and master‑data management, pricing validation, and product lifecycle
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management
