What you’ll do
- Serve as primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, invoice resubmissions, tax/banking updates, and corporate restructuring
- Direct complex billing issues to resolution and initiate cost‑saving claims
- Oversee PO funding lifecycle, monitor low‑fund conditions, evaluate FX impacts, and manage PO transfers
- Maintain precise system records and ensure data integrity across Telecom Expense Management Systems, SAP ERP, and internal databases
- Partner with negotiators, project managers, contracts, and corporate finance to enforce compliance with commercial terms
