About the role

Finance Transformation & Shared Services team at Freudenberg drives global finance shared services implementation. The role supports regional rollout, develops project plans, tracks risks, prepares business cases and coordinates change management and automation initiatives. Bangalore, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Support regional implementation of global Finance Shared Services model
• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, risk logs and status reports
• Prepare project plans, status updates, business case analyses and presentations
• Support business case preparation, benefits tracking and KPI reporting
• Coordinate change management, communication and training activities
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives with IT and business stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization

What you’ll bring

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• 3–5 years experience in Finance, Shared Services, consulting or project environments
• Basic project management experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of Finance processes P2P, O2C, R2R
• Fluent English
