About the role

Finance Reporting team at Novotech supports clinical research finance operations across the KR region. The Project Finance Associate handles the finance helpdesk, processes severance payments, manages deposit accounts, assists month‑end close, and maintains financial statements while coordinating with clients, finance, and project managers. India, on‑site, full‑time role with flexible working options.

What you’ll do

• Oversee finance helpdesk and support project managers financially
• Process severance payments via Samsung Insurance portal
• Manage deposit accounts and assist month‑end close
• Maintain financial statements and perform ad‑hoc finance reporting tasks
• Coordinate between clients, finance team, and project managers

What you’ll bring

• 1-2 years experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Payroll experience preferred
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
