About the role
Elsevier Health team drives data-driven insights to improve content-flow performance and support global health providers. The Senior Data Analyst II leads end‑to‑end analytics, building dashboards, KPI frameworks and advanced models to guide senior stakeholders. Remote, India (Bengaluru) with flexible home‑based work model.
What you’ll do
- Lead analytics engagements from hypothesis to delivery
- Design and maintain dashboards, KPI definitions and reporting frameworks
- Coach junior analysts and enable business users
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years data analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Expertise with Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and storytelling
- Stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience with large datasets
Nice to have
- Databricks exposure preferred
- Python or Scala knowledge a plus
- Snowflake experience advantageous
- KNIME or similar tooling familiarity
