About the role

Lead Technical Program Manager overseeing market data infrastructure and finance operations at JPMorgan Chase. Responsible for planning, budgeting, and execution of technology projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Manages cross‑functional teams, mitigates risks, and implements best practices in infrastructure cost management. Drives financial analysis, reporting, and resource allocation to support large‑scale programs. Works closely with senior leaders and product owners to align initiatives with business goals. Requires strong stakeholder management, analytical reasoning, and expertise in distributed/cloud infrastructure, Excel, JIRA, and FINOPS.

• 5+ years technical program management or infrastructure support
• Advanced stakeholder management and influence across teams
• Proven resource, budget, and team management in agile settings
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and analytical reasoning
• Strong knowledge of distributed and cloud infrastructure
• Excel, JIRA, and FINOPS expertise
• Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and multitasking
• Flexible work approach with minimal supervision

Nice to have

• Experience with Market Data infrastructures (TREP, BPOD, Solace)
• FinOps certification and AI/Cloud knowledge
• SQL and data analysis skills
