About the role

Lifecycle Marketing Operations powers Zillow’s owned channels, building, launching and optimizing email, SMS, push and in‑app campaigns. The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist leads complex cross‑channel launches, designs modular template systems and QA frameworks, and drives automation to ensure high‑quality, scalable execution. Bengaluru, India, on‑site office role.

What you’ll do

• Lead execution of complex, cross‑channel campaign launches
• Build and evolve modular template systems and execution frameworks
• Design reusable component‑based template architectures for dynamic personalization
• Serve as primary escalation point for execution quality issues
• Partner with Marketing Technology and Engineering to implement new capabilities
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual configuration and increase predictability
• Identify systemic process gaps and lead scalability improvements
• Mentor junior team members and elevate execution standards

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years marketing operations or campaign execution experience
• Strong HTML/CSS skills for rendering and dynamic content
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, HubSpot, SparkPost)
• SQL proficiency for audience and campaign data queries
• Systems thinking to scale templates, QA standards and governance
