About the role
Microsoft Digital Solution Area team drives AI Workforce adoption across enterprises. The Digital Solution Area Specialist builds AI strategy roadmaps, leads consultative workshops, and partners with customers to scale AI‑powered productivity solutions. Based in Mumbai or Gurugram, India, on‑site role with occasional travel.
What you’ll do
- Foster relationships with customer decision makers and key stakeholders
- Identify and qualify AI Workforce opportunities aligned with customer priorities
- Develop and articulate AI transformation value propositions
- Lead consultative conversations, solution demos, and workshops
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
- Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and long‑term business value
- Support cross‑sell and up‑sell initiatives
- Continuously develop expertise in AI Workforce solutions
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- 1-2 years technology sales or account management experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Experience developing AI Workforce strategies
- Ability to conduct solution demonstrations and workshops
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of customer business priorities and technology strategies
- Proven ability to drive cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
