About the role

AI Infrastructure Architecture team at Accenture designs and builds custom AI infrastructure on GCP for large-scale machine learning workloads. The role leads end-to-end architecture, optimizes compute clusters, and mentors engineers while ensuring performance, cost, security, and compliance. Bengaluru, India, On-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Own architecture of GCP compute for AI/ML
• Design scalable training and model-serving environments
• Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Create architecture decision records and standards
• Mentor engineers and review designs
• Define capacity planning and cost forecasts
• Establish monitoring and observability practices
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 7.5 years AI infrastructure experience
• 4 years GCP AI services
• 4 years Python/Java/C++/Bash
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Apache Airflow or Kubeflow workflow tools
• Strong AI/ML concepts understanding
• Leadership of AI projects
• Vendor evaluation and selection
