AI Infrastructure Architect

About the role

Accenture AI Infrastructure team designs and builds enterprise AI/ML compute platforms on Google Cloud. The architect defines vision, reference architecture, standards and implementation strategies for large‑scale AI systems, guiding senior architects and delivering production‑ready infrastructure. Bengaluru, on-site, Full-time role with focus on GCP services, Terraform automation and cost‑optimized AI workloads.

What you’ll do

• Define GCP AI infrastructure vision and reference architecture
• Lead complex architectural decisions across compute, networking, storage, orchestration
• Prototype cost‑optimized accelerated compute and distributed training environments
• Create reusable IaC patterns, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring strategies
• Conduct architecture assessments, design reviews and performance tuning
• Evaluate emerging AI infrastructure technologies and recommend adoption
• Provide executive‑level technical advisory to clients
• Mentor architects and represent practice in technical forums

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years total experience
• 6+ years designing AI/ML infrastructure on GCP
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++ or scripting
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands‑on with GCP services: Compute Engine, GKE, Vertex AI
• Knowledge of MLOps/InfraOps practices
• Familiarity with data pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow)
