About the role

AI Infrastructure Architecture team at Accenture designs and builds custom AI hardware and platform solutions for enterprise clients. The role leads end‑to‑end architecture of Databricks AI/ML infrastructure, including scalable compute clusters, pipelines, model‑serving environments and cost‑optimization strategies. Chennai, on-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Own architecture and design of optimized Databricks AI/ML infrastructure
• Design scalable compute clusters, distributed training environments and ML pipelines
• Develop automation and CI/CD strategies for AI system releases
• Define capacity planning, cost forecasting and performance monitoring
• Lead architecture assessments, document trade‑offs and recommend optimizations
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction for workstreams

What you’ll bring

• 7.5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years building AI/ML infrastructure on cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++ or scripting languages
• Experience with Databricks workspaces, clusters, MLflow, Unity Catalog
• Knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD, Git, DataOps/MLOps
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow, Kubeflow or similar workflow tools
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills
