About the role
Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Software Engineer for its Intelligent Automation team in Hyderabad, India. You will design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions by integrating RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and Generative AI technologies. This full-time role operates on a hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects associated with technology domain
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning of strategies
- Build Generative AI-powered solutions and embed Agentic AI capabilities into automation workflows
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements
- Manage UiPath platform, HDR Servers, and CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and DevOps processes
- Lead defect resolution, deployment planning, and post-production support
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to automation standards and governance models
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Intelligent Automation and RPA tools like UiPath
- Expertise in low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience integrating solutions using REST APIs, databases, message queues, and enterprise systems
Nice to have
- Exposure to LLM platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
- Experience managing UiPath ecosystem, High-definition Servers, CI/CD, and secure coding practices
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and resilient enterprise solutions
- Preferred certifications in RPA, low-code/nocode, GenAI/LLM, or Cloud AI
