Senior Associate, HCM Payroll designs and configures SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, leads workshops, and drives end‑to‑end payroll implementations. Based in Pune, on‑site role with relocation support available.

Analyse client payroll requirements
Design and configure HCM Payroll solutions
Conduct workshops and training sessions
Support integration and post‑go‑live activities
