What you’ll do
- Lead technical delivery of SAP HCM Time projects
- Gather and document business requirements in blueprint workshops
- Develop functional specifications, configuration, and test scripts
- Mentor and guide project team members
- Provide status reporting to managers and client coordinators
What you’ll bring
- 4-10 years SAP HCM Time experience
- Minimum 2 end-to-end payroll implementations
- Strong knowledge of time schema, PCRs, and integration with payroll
- Experience with Fiori apps and third‑party time data interfaces
